Mr Lindela Mjenxane is the Founder and Executive Director of Lilifa Lethu Group, with 20 years of executive leadership experience.
At Lilifa Lethu Group, he has pioneered an ecosystem-based strategy that nurtures and scales black-led enterprises. His leadership drives integrated solutions that create shared value across sectors, linking mentorship, capacity-building, and investment readiness. Lindela’s work demonstrates how strong business ecosystems can accelerate sustainable transformation.

Ms. Someleze Bam is a purpose-driven communicator and emerging business strategist,
serving as Sales and Marketing Manager at Lilifa Lethu Group.
She leads the development
and execution of brand, marketing, and sales strategies for King Charcoal and Fresh &
Beyond Chickens, positioning Lilifa Lethu’s impact-focused solutions in the market, driving
engagement, and growing revenue streams.

Mr Anathi Gongotha is an ambitious and resilient young professional, currently serving as an Accounting Intern at Lilifa Lethu Group.
A proud graduate of the University of Cape Town with a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Accounting, Anathi combines academic excellence with lived experience, determination, and a strong commitment to transformation.

Mr Sikho L. Ngxokela is a dynamic young professional with expertise in accounting, internal auditing, and enterprise risk management. With experience in both the public and private sectors, he brings a fresh perspective and strong technical acumen to his work.
Sikho currently serves as CSI Manager at Lilifa Lethu Group, providing strategic and operational oversight across a portfolio of youth-led enterprises. He plays a pivotal role in ensuring these initiatives are empowered, well-managed, and aligned with the group’s broader social impact objectives.
